1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bizzco Events website and the event planning services provided by Bizzco Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- "Client" means any person or organisation who engages our services.
- "Event" means the event(s) we are contracted to plan, coordinate, or manage.
- "Services" means the event planning and management services we provide.
- "Quote" means the written quotation we provide for our services.
- "Contract" means the agreement between us and the Client for the provision of Services.
3. Our Services
3.1. We provide professional event planning and management services including, but not limited to: corporate events, weddings, private parties, conferences, and product launches.
3.2. The specific services to be provided will be set out in our Quote and/or Contract.
3.3. We reserve the right to make changes to our services that are necessary to comply with any applicable law or regulatory requirements, or that do not materially affect the nature or quality of the services.
4. Quotations and Booking
4.1. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
4.2. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed Contract and the required deposit payment.
4.3. Quotations are based on the information provided by the Client. Any changes to requirements may result in adjustments to the quoted price.
4.4. Third-party costs (venues, caterers, suppliers, etc.) may be subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total quoted price is required to secure a booking.
5.2. A further 50% is due 30 days prior to the event date.
5.3. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
5.4. For events booked within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
5.5. We accept payment by bank transfer, or credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Card payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider using industry-standard encryption. We may also send secure payment links for your convenience.
5.6. All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). VAT registration is pending; prices are currently VAT exempt. You will be notified if VAT becomes applicable.
5.7. Invoices are issued via email and payment is due within the timeframes specified above. Late payments may incur a charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
6.2. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 60 days before the event: Deposit forfeited (25%)
- 30-60 days before the event: 50% of total price
- 14-30 days before the event: 75% of total price
- Less than 14 days before the event: 100% of total price
6.3. Refund Processing: Any refunds due will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5-10 working days after processing.
6.4. We recommend that Clients take out event cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
6.5. If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will offer an alternative date where possible, or a full refund of all monies paid.
6.6. Consumer Rights: These cancellation terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding the event.
7.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licences, or permissions for the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.3. The Client agrees to make payments in accordance with the payment schedule.
7.4. The Client is responsible for the behaviour of their guests at the event.
8. Liability
8.1. We maintain public liability insurance for our services.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for our services.
8.3. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
8.4. We are not liable for the performance of third-party suppliers, though we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure their reliability.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content on our website remains our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
9.2. We may take photographs or videos at events for promotional purposes unless the Client objects in writing prior to the event.
10. Complaints
10.1. Any complaints should be directed to [email protected] within 14 days of the event.
10.2. We will acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Please contact us first at [email protected] to discuss any concerns.
11.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution: If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. We are not obliged to use ADR but may agree to do so on a case-by-case basis.
11.3. Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. However, we are not obliged to participate in ODR.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12.3. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
